Matt Fitzpatrick was fed up with the pace of play during Sunday's final round. He even complained to a rules official about his playing partner. "That was really frustrating. It was slow today. I felt like there was a lot of stop/start. Yeah, just, you know, just not ready. When you're not ready to play a golf shot it gets frustrating after awhile. "Particularly when you playing well yourself or you're in contention or whatever it is. There's definitely, you know, it definitely knocks you out of your rhythm."

This video could be an ad for links golf. 2 minutes of Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas messing around on the Biarritz hole at North Berwick. They were in town for the Scottish Open and walked 18 there just for the pure fun of it. Links golf brings out the kid in all of us and reminds us of what golf is supposed to be: Fun! Truly how golf is meant to be played. Pros do not just add extra rounds for fun on tournament weeks. It takes a lot for them to do it. Oh Scotland, when I’m not with you, I’m thinking about you.
