If you’re like me, sometimes it’s hard to slow my mind down enough to feel safe and calm to sleep. It’s crazy out there. May I recommend Jim Weiss’ Bedtime Stories? I had almost forgotten about them. My own children listened to these stories when they were learning to sleep on their own. Babysitting my granddaughter who’s not yet two so full of energy sleep is hard reminded me about them. I pulled the stories up on my phone and we rocked and listened to Jim’s calm, measured voice leading us to a stay at a farmhouse and a walk to a treehouse in the forest.
