2/3 Despite the therapeutic promise of tumor-to-dendritic cell reprogramming by PU.1, IRF8 and BATF3 (PIB) overexpression, reprogramming efficiency is variable across tumors. Sandhya will address this by decoding the nucleosomal structure and temporal dynamics of PIB activity.
