🇸🇪 PhD Opportunity | Karolinska Institutet & SciLifeLab, Stockholm, Sweden 🔬 PhD Position: Bioinformatics — Clinical Breast Cancer Proteomics (DDLS Research School — Data-Driven Precision Medicine & Diagnostics) Karolinska Institutet & SciLifeLab are seeking a PhD student in bioinformatics to unravel the molecular landscape of breast cancer — particularly triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) — using cutting-edge multi-omics data analysis! 📌 What’s the Project About? The Cancer Proteomics Mass Spectrometry group led by Prof. Janne Lehtiö at SciLifeLab takes a translational approach to improving cancer treatment through multi-omics tumour data analysis. This PhD project will focus on integrative analysis of proteomics and multi-omics data from breast cancer clinical cohorts, with a particular focus on TNBC — one of the most aggressive and hardest-to-treat subtypes.
