Excited to share our @ACGCRJ video case by @ridhima_kaul7 under the mentorship of @SiddikiGI!
Bipolar radiofrequency scissor stricturotomy as a salvage endoscopic approach for a refractory pouch anastomotic stricture after failed balloon dilation and needle-knife stricturotomy. Luminal continuity was restored without leak, allowing successful ileostomy reversal with the patient asymptomatic at 6 months.
