And as much as “everyone” deserves their recognition, that @albertadriapro Enigma is not in the top @TheWorlds50Best when almost everyone on that list learned from him at El Bulli his technique and taste has no equal, makes me think,all deserve it but few are excluded unfairly🤷🏻♂️

Very sad to report that one of the most important Gullah Geechee cooks of our time has passed on. She was 90, and had recently been diagnosed with an aggressive form of blood cancer. nytimes.com/2022/05/09/dinin…
