We recently wrapped up an incredible evening in Bengaluru hosting DBS BusinessClass FoundED Season 5 alongside
@DBSBankIndia and
@Razorpay. The room was packed with founders, operators, and investors navigating the operational realities of building enduring companies that balance speed with absolute strategic clarity.
We began the evening with
@Pai_dPiper's keynote, which described the global technology landscape where trillion-dollar tech giants function like modern "East India companies," driving a combinatorial singularity as artificial intelligence targets the $35 trillion global human payroll.
He positioned India as uniquely prepared, backed by an unprecedented government commitment of nearly $40 billion toward technology missions and research and development, a foundation that makes the nation a global leader in AI skill penetration and deep tech startup acceleration, ultimately directing Indian founders to mobilize the country's human capital to coordinate a massive leapfrog in supply and manufacturing, which is key to positioning India to become the third-largest economy within the next few years.
Following this,
@SiddarthMPai joined
@soniaditya1710 from
@CheQ_One and
@ganeshgo from
@GnaniAi for a candid, forward-looking panel on Scaling in the Age of Intelligence moderated by Prakash Jaiswal from DBS.
They explored the paradox of abundance, noting that AI brings the marginal cost of software down to zero, thereby exposing a lack of depth in ideas and making judgment and human competence the ultimate scarce commodities. The panel also projected that personal AI agents will render traditional mobile applications largely irrelevant by 2030, meaning companies must either evolve into agents themselves or adopt Machine Control Protocols to ensure survival and discoverability.
Thank you to our incredible co-hosts, panelists, and the foundational teams who came out to define India’s next growth chapter. The conversations have only just begun! 🚀
