ALT BREAKING NEWS: Gukesh D crosses 2700 in the live ratings and becomes World #32 Gukesh defeated World Blitz 2013 champion Liem Quang Le in the third round of 55th Biel International Chess Festival: GMT to take his live rating to 2703.9, thus now becoming World #32. The youngest Grandmaster of India broke another record, as he became the youngest Indian to cross 2700, sixth overall. He also became third youngest player to cross 2700. Hearty Congratulations to Gukesh, his family and his team. We hope he continues breaking more records and keep etching his name in the history.

Ding Liren V/S Hikaru Nakamura: 1-0
Ding played a near-perfect game today to beat Nakamura. In a level-looking endgame, Ding found all the right moves to put Naka under pressure, and force him to make mistakes. Hikaru had to give up a piece, and he resigned on move 58.
