Trump is now announcing plans to go forward w/his crazy 25% tariffs on Canada Mexico. Hope many importers faced w/paying the tariffs will challenge them b/c they are illegal--IEEPA does not provide a legal basis to impose these tariffs. I explain why here: georgetown.app.box.com/s/h55…
