On Sandhurst Road the bit of the pavement to the left of the white dotted line is for cars, and the bit to the right of it is for cars. And the road is for cars.

The worst way to subside transport decarbonisation is to subsidise cars. Even if they're EVs.
Subsidise public transport. Offer concessionary fares for the people on low incomes, older people and younger people who are less likely to own a car.

Our Letter to London.
We need to: fund social housing, regulate/control rents in the Private Rented Sector, use derelict/empty properties, end unsafe living conditions, & ultimately treat housing as a roof over heads, not an investment.
