We've set up a Customer Coronavirus Guidance Group so people can get involved and share their views. The group's provided helpful #feedback in the webinars on communications, repairs and coming out of lockdown. And you can still get involved bit.ly/312PFcd#ScrutinyWeek
As National #ScrutinyWeek draws to a close, we want to thank our customer scrutiny group for their time earlier this week. We're adapting our approach so customers can still help shape our services during the pandemic, and VIVID Impact members met online to give their feedback.

We offered free tablets to help our most vulnerable customers #stayconnected. All 400 have gone to good homes and we’ve had some lovely feedback. They were given to older customers self-isolating and to families without the equipment their children need to do schoolwork at home.
Our CE @Pez_mark's written a blog for @natfednews. He discusses VIVID's approach to the #pandemic and how our leadership team are navigating this unprecedented crisis to support customers, staff and communities bit.ly/2UOrvQu#ukhousing
