Can the airline industry survive without fossil fuels?
The first sustainable fuel plane successfully crossed the ocean last week on a Virgin Atlantic Boeing 787.
The fuel is made from 88% waste fats and from 12% kerosene made from plant sugars, reducing emissions by up to 70%.
