1/ π§΅I can't keep up with Mr Barclay's claims about consultant's pensions, last month (17th July @thetimes) it was Β£60,000 pensions, now the claim is "consultants when they retire *now* aged 65 will get a *tax-free* pension of Β£73,000" ?!

Very sad to hear that IM UK Bolton is no longer continuing, it will become a 70.3, and IM Stafford 70.3 is to be dropped totally. These were my first two Ironman events in 2016 and I raced well behind @lucygoss in both of them! @IRONMANtri @IRONMANUK703

8/ Government need to urgently change plans regarding the timing of thie and/or put in place full mitigation so noone is forced to make these decisions, and take a cut in their pension by simply staying in work.
They must also immediately #FixNegativePIAs
