The Irish Rugby Football Union and @UL released the 5th year findings from the Irish Rugby Injury Surveillance (IRIS) project, highlighting injury trends in the Men’s and Women’s All-Ireland League during the 2022/23 season.
IRIS has extended its collaboration to 2030, expanded internationally, and pioneered studies in women's rugby injury trends. This data informed the decision to lower tackle height and will monitor its impact on injuries.
