After a few days of live testing, we’re excited to unveil the newest game under the CoinHero umbrella:
**SCRATCH**
The mechanic is simple:
1. Pick your spice 🌶️ level -> the spicier you go, the bigger the swings.
2. Choose a card from inventory.
3. Scratch the boxes.
4. Reveal your coins from various projects in the @base ecosystem.
5. Claim directly to your wallet.
6. Match 3 and reveal a Jackpot.
SCRATCH now joins @ripsapp and PLINKS as our third coin distribution surface, and can be played as a mini app inside @farcaster_xyz & @baseapp.
All three games are built on the same CoinHero framework: a gamified coin distribution platform that helps projects turn attention into onchain transactions and get coins into wallets.
-> Games for users.
-> Distribution for coins -> human-powered projects, and AI Agents.
-> Infrastructure for builders.
For now, CoinHero is still closed and used only by our internal team to launch our games. But under the hood, it’s becoming something much bigger: a framework for building gamified coin distribution apps, which we will be opening up.

Farcaster gets interesting when you look at what people build with it.
it’s a corner of the internet where new things get tested before they make sense anywhere else.
that means some of it looks like inside baseball from the outside. most new internet behavior does at first.
the important part is that people here actually try the early stuff. they use it, argue about it, improve it and keep going long enough for the weird thing to become obvious.
that character took years to cultivate. you cannot manufacture it and you cannot recover it once it is gone.
we are still figuring out exactly what comes next, but the starting point is simple: don’t break what’s working.
make it easier for people here to put new things into the world, find their first curious users, get sharp feedback, and meet others willing to play with weird early ideas.
if Farcaster becomes the place people go when they want to try something before the rest of the internet knows what to do with it, that would be a great outcome.

Soon (very soon), we’ll be airdropping 2,026 CoinHero OG Premium Member Genesis Passes to our top 2,026 users across the @CoinHeroFun ecosystem.
These passes will be Soulbound NFTs -> non-transferable membership cards tied to the wallets that earned them.
They’re for the players who have been ripping packs on @ripsapp, dropping balls on @Plinks_App, showing up, and adding real value to the network.
Why are we doing this?
When we launched RIPS, we made a decision:
Our marketing budget should go back to the users helping grow the ecosystem.
That started with Daily Free Packs.
Then came positive EV Boosted Packs.
The intent was always community first.
But over time, we noticed something:
Extractive farmers were taking advantage of these perks without adding value back to the network, sometimes at the expense of our real users.
That changes now.
Going forward, Free Packs, Boosted Packs, and future premium content will be gated and only available to holders of the CoinHero Membership Pass.
The first 2,026 Soulbound passes will carry **OG Status** and be classified as Genesis Passes.
As new users enter the network, purchase packs, play games, and contribute value, we’ll issue additional Membership Passes, separate from the original 2026 drop and without the OG badge.
This is about rewarding the people who are actually building CoinHero with us.

It’s not a slogan. It’s a mindset.
When we first launched RIPS, one of the first people to reach out was @toady_hawk with a simple question:
How can we help? That stuck with me.
Since then, both our teams have been building around a similar idea: gamified distribution. Helping projects get their tokens in front of users through fun, lightweight, engaging game experiences.
As CoinHero evolved from RIPS to Plinks and now into a broader platform for tokenized games, it became clear there was an opportunity to create value for the CoinHero community, the BETR community, and the broader @farcaster_xyz & @base ecosystems.
Each CoinHero game has its own native token and micro-economy. And with every new launch, value can extend across the wider network.
That’s why we’re excited to partner with BETR on a broader rewards-native distribution strategy across Farcaster.
What that means:
• A portion of future CoinHero game token launches will be reserved for distribution campaigns with BETR
• CoinHero games will help power new reward loops, quests, and activations across the BETR ecosystem

A quick recap on how it ties together to something bigger:
We’re building the platform behind @ripsapp -> @CoinHeroFun.
The Frontend: the Onchain Arcade.
The Backend: a Token Distribution Network.
The arcade creates attention, engagement, and a path to reach a mainstream audience through simple onchain games.
The distribution layer helps quality coins get focused attention, land in thousands of wallets, and drive real onchain activity.
Our first two games -> @ripsapp and @Plinks_App -> are already live and have generated over $2.2M USDC in pack sales and growing, with most of that value flowing back into the @base and @farcaster ecosystems -> through curated token acquisition from strong founders and builders.
We already have 3 more games in the pipeline, and each new game helps us build faster on a shared framework, which we will eventually open up to others to launch their own CoinHero games.
Each game will have its own native token launched on @clanker_world powering its own economy, while also strengthening the broader CoinHero network.
That means every game coin should do more than benefit a single app.
It should expand the ecosystem, deepen network effects, and reward the community in a way that feels additive, not dilutive.
We’re putting that into practice with the PLINKS TGE:
