After a few days of live testing, we’re excited to unveil the newest game under the CoinHero umbrella:
**SCRATCH**
The mechanic is simple:
1. Pick your spice 🌶️ level -> the spicier you go, the bigger the swings.
2. Choose a card from inventory.
3. Scratch the boxes.
4. Reveal your coins from various projects in the @base ecosystem.
5. Claim directly to your wallet.
6. Match 3 and reveal a Jackpot.
SCRATCH now joins @ripsapp and PLINKS as our third coin distribution surface, and can be played as a mini app inside @farcaster_xyz & @baseapp.
All three games are built on the same CoinHero framework: a gamified coin distribution platform that helps projects turn attention into onchain transactions and get coins into wallets.
-> Games for users.
-> Distribution for coins -> human-powered projects, and AI Agents.
-> Infrastructure for builders.
For now, CoinHero is still closed and used only by our internal team to launch our games. But under the hood, it’s becoming something much bigger: a framework for building gamified coin distribution apps, which we will be opening up.

This is exactly why we build our apps on @farcaster_xyz first.
It’s not just distribution.
It’s early users willing to try weird new things, give feedback, and help refine them before they’re ready for a wider audience.
That’s why we launched @ripsapp and @Plinks_App as FC Mini Apps first.
Now we’re taking those learnings into building @CoinHeroFun → the platform behind the apps….

Farcaster gets interesting when you look at what people build with it.
it’s a corner of the internet where new things get tested before they make sense anywhere else.
that means some of it looks like inside baseball from the outside. most new internet behavior does at first.
the important part is that people here actually try the early stuff. they use it, argue about it, improve it and keep going long enough for the weird thing to become obvious.
that character took years to cultivate. you cannot manufacture it and you cannot recover it once it is gone.
we are still figuring out exactly what comes next, but the starting point is simple: don’t break what’s working.
make it easier for people here to put new things into the world, find their first curious users, get sharp feedback, and meet others willing to play with weird early ideas.
if Farcaster becomes the place people go when they want to try something before the rest of the internet knows what to do with it, that would be a great outcome.
