Safeguards could have been built into the chatbot, but its creators chose not to,” states Ms Asato. “I'm launching this High Court claim to pursue accountability for those choices.” Asato told the The Guardian that as well as creating images of her in a bikini, Grok also produced a video “showing her being chloroformed and prepared for a s*xual assault”.
