Thank you @Scottwilsonecho for this lovely tribute to my dad. A loyal servant of @TheNorthernEcho (and to @Boro ) - he even made sure we brought a copy to his hospital bed each day. And naturally, he'd ask us to show him the back pages first!

My father, the former sports journalist Ray Robertson passed away yesterday, aged 92. Dad covered @Boro for @TheNorthernEcho and other papers from the 1960s until 2009 Our family hope that his wonderful soul is now floating in peace across his beloved North York Moors. 💜 UTB

So, @easyJet I book a flight and 2 car rentals with you. The flight is cancelled while we're sitting on the runway. There are no alternative easyJet flights for three days. You refuse to refund the car hire. Wow. I guess I won't be making the mistake of trusting you again. Bye.

Terrible experience failing to fly to Nice with @easyJet via @LDNLutonAirport. Flight cancelled while we were at the actual 'gate' - no tannoy announcements, just EasyJet staff yelling instructions we couldn't hear. Not fair to direct us to the app when the wi-fi barely works 😠

Wow @TLRailUK Not only are you terrible at running a reliable train service, you just don’t give a monkey’s gonad about your passengers. Just been booted off a crowded and delayed train at Farringdon so that you can make up the time to Bedford. Thank god I WFH most of the time 😤
