Just to be clear, I’d be delighted if most design system teams hired literally any kind of content specialist at all.

Todays #ContentByDesign talks from @elainetall and @candiwrites were pure TONIC for every self-doubting, perfectionist solo content designer out there. Amazing tips on making an impact as a solo CD and working through those self-imposed high expectations! Where's that prosecco?

I loved how many speakers at @ContentbyDes #ContentByDesign introduced themselves with their pronouns. Inclusivity seems to be a natural trait of content designers. I *love* it.

Our last workshop at #ContentbyDesign is with our fantastic host & curator @Minette_78 Content Ops @bt_uk.
Rachel's ideation workshop has taken us through a content-led design process, starting with a conversation, ending with a fully designed wireframe.

BUT:
- nothing is ever complete
- perfect does not exist
- 'better than before' is OK
- so much is beyond our control
- it's not all up to you
- you're amazing
