I’m honestly stunned. The writing quality in GPT-5 and especially GPT-5-Thinking feels like it jumped to a whole new level overnight. The structure and clarity are so much stronger that I caught myself rereading a reply just to see how it pulled it off. As a teacher and mom who uses these tools every day for planning, creativity and sanity, I can tell instantly when something changes. This feels bigger than the usual quiet tweaks. More coherent, more thoughtful, more… human. Did they update the model without telling us. Because it really feels like something major just landed.
