Construction work continues at #LUFC's Elland Road.
First to be demolished was the West Stand ticket office, next is the Banqueting Suite.
The floodlights have been replaced with temporary ones on the old West Stand roof and these will presumably be in place for the entire 2026-27 season.
Temporary hospitality to replace the Banqueting Suite is almost finished behind the North Stand.
This will be a phased construction with the skeleton of the new West Stand being built while the old stand remains in use.
At completion the new West Stand will be approximately a third taller than the East Stand.
