How do you coach your team online? Below are a few tips on how you can maintain a strong coaching relationship online.
1. Establish a weekly "check-in" videoconference.
2. Give the gift of continuous feedback via email or during your check-in calls.
3. Listen empathetically.
Rather than make something up, ask permission to get back to your prospect with an informed answer. We all want to be able to clearly answer every question a prospect poses, but we can gain credibility with a well thought out and informed response.
