You cannot be a great principal or educator and have work life balance. Once you accept this and decide to be great, the best you can hope for is work life alignment - which means you’ll miss your kids’ games until such time as they become students at your school.

- be in a class of 60-80 students.
- have an unqualified college student as their teacher.
- have a sub most of the year.
- have NO teacher at all.
