HIP 122: Amend Service Provider Hex Boosting HIP 122 introduces a dedicated Service Provider Hex Boosting emissions mechanism to enhance network coverage and service quality. The minimum time for Service Provider Hex Boosting is now 3 months, and future boost creation is limited to a maximum of 10x rewards. Boost rewards are limited to 10% of the PoC emissions. HIP 125: Temporary Anti-Gaming Measures for Boosted Hexes This proposal introduces a 6-month temporary measure allowing Service Providers to prevent gaming in boosted hexes. Oracles will identify and deny rewards for malicious activity during this period. The code for HIP 125 is deployed and will be activated on Monday, July 15, 2024.
