Rare Evo 2026 is happening. We have cut everything that is a luxury as of right now. No Poker Tournament, No opening party, no close out party, no free coffee, cut the live stream of main stage (brings no revenue and was a luxury for those that cant make it), cut down on stage size and design, Dev / Gov day will be severely cut to just some breakout room space if even possible at all. (There is a sponsor looking at the opening party, but not sold yet) The only paid Cardano booths this year are @hoskytoken who has always supported our event (and I said I would give a free both to next year if we survive) & Bank / @BetFicasino (we will also give a free booth to if there is a 2027) The rest we have already started to give them away for free to Cardano community so they can be present at the event. That after all, is the whole point of this. We already made GA tickets free. If we are going to spend every last penny Rare Network has on this event we are going out giving the people that supported us for years everything we have left in the tank. to break down Unified Events. We were supposted to make $150,000 for our entire team of 7 people working all year on Unified Events taking Cardano all over the world. with the ADA price drop from the 0.50 for the proposal, we still completed every event and are still owed 400,000 ADA which is quickly falling in value to below 0.24 as of writing this. We are still owed money from Amplifycardano.io and our catalyst proposal that is paused. We completed the proposal, paid for all the events. We have done everything we can to serve this community for years at a time. When Consensus stiffed @IOHK_Charles and put his booth in the back corner, and his 15 minute stage time was in a back room no one could find, and the guy asked him about failed african partnerships. We put Cardano front and center and always have, even to the detriment of our business. Its been real serving you all, I hope we get to continue.

We did cut costs. This is less than was spent last year on Rare Evo. Also what significant sponsors? There are ZERO large financial sponsors this year. There are only 2 Cardano projects that could afford a booth this year. The rest of your ecosystem is hurting and bad and you keep hurting them further. The FE's, the pentad, all not sponsoring. ETH foundation is new, they are sending projects and speakers, but not sponsoring. What reputation are you talking about? We just barely cracked the rest of the industry and broke out of being an only Cardano event. Being a Cardano event hurt the growth our business for years, and now it will be the death of it as well. People saw our event, saw Charles support and the rest of the Industry refused to participate. We finally broke out of that echo chamber this year with all our hard work onboarding outside projects I don't know how to say it any other way but after Rare Evo 2026 without this support Rare Evo will most likely go out of business You act like we have millions of dollars. We are just a community start up. In 2025 Charles spent over 1 million. Dollars on Rare Evo. The event itself costs around 2 million annually. But hey, I hope the treasury is worth something when everyone is gone.
