If we don't protect our air, land and water quality and address climate change, what's the point? Human rights (including bodily autonomy) and dignity for ALL.

On Transgender Day of Remembrance, we mourn all of the trans lives that we have needlessly lost. We stand with the trans community and are proud to have Colorado's first openly trans legislator, Rep. @BriannaForCO, as a member of our caucus.

We are living at a scary time. Our nation's values, our freedoms, and our commitment to treating everyone fairly will be tested in the months and years ahead. At the AG's Office, we will always defend Colorado, the rule of law, and the rights of all Coloradans. 👇

🚨 BREAKING: Wow. This heart-rending ad, when tested, moves swing-state men 2.5 points away from Trump. Massive. Please share everywhere. Women are dying NOW in states with extreme bans. If Republicans win, a national abortion ban is next. Don't look away. #MAGAAbortionBan

Kent Thiry just dropped another desperate $700k into Prop 131: attempted election transformations developed, bought paid for by dark money groups, Chevron wealthy ppl. Why? They've said it: create a better political climate for giant corporations, not you. #copolitics

A Texas teen tested positive for sepsis, but was cleared to leave because her fetus still had a heartbeat. She got worse, but they insisted on 2 ultrasounds before treatment. She died hours later. If you have daughters in TX, vote for Allred & Harris. Their lives depend on it.

Please read this! A recent CBS story about Jeffco was full of inaccuracies. Not helpful, when it's complicated enough trying to understand the issues and vote accordingly.
On Monday, October 28, CBS Colorado aired a story that contained several factual inaccuracies. Jefferson County has since reached out to CBS to ask that corrections be made. Please see the slides below for those corrections.

There should be no mystery left about the intended outcomes for Prop 131. Chevron!! Yes, they’re really know for their work strengthening elections and democracy 🙄. Vote NO on Prop 131. Don’t let the billionaires and millionaires buy our elections.
Some weekend campaign finance news: Chevron donated $500,000 to support Proposition 131, which would overhaul the state's elections. Kent Thiry, the Denver millionaire driving the measure, also donated another $1 million in recent days, taking his Prop 131 total to $2.43 million.

.@MichelleObama: I hope that you will forgive me if I'm a little angry that we are indifferent to Donald Trump’s erratic behavior. His obvious mental decline, his history as a convicted felon, a known slumlord, a predator found liable for sexual abuse. All of this while we pick apart Kamala's answers from interviews that he doesn't even have the courage to do

On political endorsement wapo.st/3YmeD3T This is cowardice, with democracy as its casualty. @realdonaldtrump will see this as an invitation to further intimidate owner @jeffbezos (and others). Disturbing spinelessness at an institution famed for courage.

Colorado has the most secure & accessible elections in the country. That’s why we’re voting NO on Prop 131. It's too risky & will decrease voter turnout, cause confusion, and cost taxpayers a ton – just so the wealthy can buy our elections. CO voters deserve better. #NoOnProp131

In reality, the response has been swift. Yesterday I toured the site of East Troublesome Fire, one of the largest and most quickly spreading wildfires in Colorado's history. The federal response under Trump to help these small mountain communities took THREE MONTHS.
Leaving North Carolina now. It was really hit hard. People are rightfully disgusted with the White House response. Worst since Katrina. Incredible people!!! x.com/TrumpWarRoom/status/18…
