Another day, another hospital appointment…this time for EMG testing, basically an equivalent of the PAT testing on your workplace electrical equipment. Hopefully get the results in time for neurological appointment next week

Joined the 8am telephone rush to get an urgent doctor appointment…got told “Monday”. Oh and Thursday is a “workers only” day…but I’m off sick from work so I don’t fit that criteria.

Back to square one..5 days on the new meds and I’m back to being a temporary quadriplegic. I fucking hate my body

Well my blood pressure hasn’t yet stabilised so tonight I start a new medication, if this one works without paralysing me it’ll be a miracle. If it doesn’t then I’m seeing a cardiologist.

I hate being on universal credit…you get very little and because I can’t drive anymore I have to uber it to any meeting they ask for…which costs me money I can’t claim back.

Back at the doctors this morning, talk about banging my head against a brick wall. So I’ve had 3 steps of bp meds and all have made me unwell, so now there’s one final step (new med) I’ve gotta take before a cardiologist referral. So back to square one AND prepare to be ill. Yay
