It was all smiles last week as partners (inc. our own South Region VP Community Investment Dottie Fulginiti!) broke ground on 94 new apartments in downtown #Brockton! A $750K #Brownfields Redevelopment Fund grant helped @NHSMass clean up this former tow yard for development.

When you get right down to it, transportation/work schedules/childcare probably make 80% or more unable to participate in local gov, esp in a place like Malden. If you’re actively pushing against zoom & hybrid mtgs now I have a hard time understanding why. We know it works.

Final day of my #AmericanRescuePlan tour, attending the Blanche A. Ames Elementary School groundbreaking ceremony as we get kids back to school.
Blanche was an artist, inventor, and suffragist. Her legacy is an inspiration to the countless children who will gather to learn here.
