Can’t wait to share more pretty images and awesome data revealing regulators of intrahepatic bile duct morphogenesis during my poster session at the @APSPhysiology Summit this Friday 5:15-6:05 (poster # P0753).
It was a difficult decision, but the results are in from our Pin It to Win It image contest! Congrats to @HannahHrncir & her beautiful #microscopy of bile ducts! #microscopymonday #liver #sciart @graczlab

So, essentially the problem is that replicates are needed to estimate biological/technical error. Once you have this, “bulk” methods are very good. However, with commonly used “droplet” methods, replicates are expensive and prone to batch effects. But SPLiT-seq is multiplexable.

Listen to @MIT student Talia Khan. Consider the risk she is taking by speaking truth to power. The only answer is for Kornbluth to go now, before she has blood on her hands.
"This is the same climate of antisemitism that has led to the massacre of Jews throughout the centuries. This is not just harassment. This is our lives on the line." @MIT student Talia Khan highlights the rise of antisemitism at MIT.
