Yes! #ICE is the modality of the future for interventional procedural guidance.
ICE allows for procedures with moderate sedation and same-day discharge. 3D-ICE in particular will soon become standard.
LAAO, septal, & valvular interventions: ICE early, and ICE often!
Chill out: it's okay to use ICE!

There is much interest in screening for #AF.

A recent study found that kids (ages 9-12) often had a very high rise in troponin following an intervention that is *claimed* to be healthy.

Exercise at altitude can challenge those with CVD. Peak VO2 reductions, hypoxia driven sympathetic activation, pulmonary & paradoxical coronary vasoconstriction all threaten activity at altitude.
