Just back from an AMAZING convening on AI in the CJ system hosted by @CouncilonCJ at @StanfordLaw ! I was humbled by the collective expertise in the room and learned SO MUCH about the promise of AI for good and the types of guardrails needed to prevent unintended consequences.

Eg: I will always tell people to create helpful assistants for your employees do their job rather than creating a customer facing bot immediately 2. What kind of data cleanup and security needs to happen before you roll out AI to your whole org? How do you do it? Eg: Dara security tools, internal champs program, roll out in rings Insider style, etc. 3. How do you train your employees to use AI for GOOD cases AND HOW to get consistent and useful results? Eg: use for idea generation or first-drafts 4. How to measure ROI of this tooling? 5. How to maintain what you implemented?
