I have now shared clear evidence, including a full screen recording and the official support response.
Despite being the rightful owner and offering full KYC verification, my case was dismissed with no real review. I was effectively told there is “nothing” and to take it to Twitter.
This is not about bypassing security — I am asking for a fair recovery process. Many legitimate platforms provide a path to restore access when 2FA is lost.
Why is there no proper review, even when evidence is provided?
If anyone has successfully recovered an account in a similar situation, please share your experience.
Transparency and user protection should come first.
