I find indicator 16 most valuable in my practice because I work with adult learners with different needs and want to respect that but also model how teacher should put accomodations in their practice for students!

How does your district onboard new student with the technology used in the classroom? My nephew started 9th grade in a new district and was lost with all the technology and resource expectations which resulted in late work the first week of school. Luckily he has a techy aunt 🙏
