The Canada Infrastructure Bank provided a $206 million loan to a company whose board includes former Liberal politicians and their relatives. The CIB assured us the that the deal was free of conflicts of interest and no special treatment was given. Today I moved a motion to immediately prioritize urgent bail and sentencing reform to protect Canadians. The Liberals blocked and shut it down. They refuse to act, refuse to treat community safety as urgent, and choose delay while crime continues to rise.
