Since our start in 2008, normalizing conversations and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health has been a priority.
This requires continually weaving mental health into the daily conversation stream and making mental health & wellness an operational topic.

To build a mental health informed workplace, we have to be able to talk about supposedly "taboo" topics. If we're not openly discussing what affects our people's wellness, then we're not trying to better our workplace.
