It's not just the poverty itself, it's the hoops we have to jump through also. I got a demerit point earlier this week because I'm applying for too many jobs via email. Why am I using email? Because that's how the employers with the jobs wanted the applications sent

A modern Union story: 2 weeks ago at my son’s work an apprentice was tragically killed driving home from work in country WA. His Union & others (CFMEU &ETU mainly) have so far raised over $175000 for his partner & 2 year old daughter. The Company has done nothing #UnionStrong

We need this and much, much more! My beloved father Alexander Mark Atkins had a major bleed at home (due to pancreatic cancer) he waited over an hour for an ambulance in significant distress despite living 5min from the Alfred Hospital. I hate to imagine a child in this position
