A nationwide mobilization of federal and state funding initiatives are needed to generate globally superior velocity of infrastructure (power DC’s) growth. For national security the node network will need to be highly distributed to create sufficient redundancy.
If had the ear @JDVance @realDonaldTrump @DonaldJTrumpJr @GovRonDeSantis @LeaderJohnThune, I would ask them to take a trillion dollars (since trillions just get thrown around like millions now) and bypass all the protests and regulations and dot the whole country with small nuclear reactors, while also building a brand-new, state-of-the-art grid for everyone. Do this as soon as possible and secure it all from attack with the latest physical and cybersecurity; maybe even create a special Nuclear Defense Force that protects each facility, funded federally. This is the only hope of getting enough power to keep up with China, and it is the only hope we have as a country to grow enough to ultimately pay off our debt and guarantee long-term security, by not letting power be a limiting factor on our innovation.

How can AI be deployed at business and enterprise scale? Effective Context and other context engineering solutions are the highest ROI path to model commercialization today. Regardless of how sophisticated the test results are, frontier models have made only incremental improvements in general economic value in 2025. AI’s intelligence only matters if it understands what to do and how to do it, and the majority of those criteria needs to come from well engineered user provided context.

Today, @DataLeafAI is proud to announce our partnership with @GlowFND as a national solar installer. Through our solar and battery powered micro-AI factories and our industry relationships, we are excited to begin deploying solar within the Glow ecosystem.
The Momentum Keeps Building ☀️ Glow's third national partner, @DataLeafAI, joins our mission to transform how the world funds and deploys solar. Installers are realizing what governments and corporations are just beginning to see 👇 1/3

America simply hasn’t had to mobilize since WWII. It is a sleeping giant that is woking up. We will build power like no one has seen.
Disturbing... "a capacity shortfall of as much as 175 gigawatts will emerge by 2033, resulting in outages and blackouts" "Jeannie Salo, Schneider Electric’s chief public policy officer for North America, said in an interview. "We would be signaling to the world that we don’t have the ability to keep up with the power demands of the modern era. That might mean less investment coming into the US.""

You heard it here, folks. @grok knows.

Yes, distributed small (1-20MW) clusters with behind-the-meter microgrids could help build toward 130GW by 2030. Projections show US data center demand rising to 130-160GW; scaling thousands of these avoids hyperscale permitting delays (often 4-5 years) and grid bottlenecks. Feasibility depends on tech like solar, gas gensets, or SMRs for reliable power, plus supply chain ramp-up. It's a complementary strategy to large reactors.

Hi @grok! By your estimation, is 12-16 reactors enough for America to win the AI race? 😳
First estimate I’ve ever seen for the production rate limit of AP1000s From the Curtiss-Wright earnings call Analyst: "And so can you just remind us ... what your capacity is to build on AP1000...'
$CW: "So we think of our capacity as 12 or 16 reactors per year"

Build for the agentic future.
15
Hey @grok would you say this map is indicative of the resilient and robust agentic neural compute network that will required for full autonomization?
21
The big unquantifiable…how fast will AI accelerate growth and how will that impact the profitability of the AI industry? We meet with AI startups, hyperscalers and end users every week. No one is ready for the rapid expansion of autonomized economies.
Every company listed below has suspicious revenue recognition. The actual chart with ALL the give-and-take deals would be unreadable. The future will regard this a picture of fraud, not a flywheel. True end demand is ridiculously small. Almost all customers are funded by their dealers. If you can name OpenAI's auditor in 1 hour you win some pride.

Distributed infrastructure will be the preferred agentic infrastructure. Data Leaf is building this.
The road to AGI. The founders of @fortytwo lay out why they have a big breakthrough with its decentralized AI that will get to AGI faster than the "big" LLM companies. Decentralized "swarms" of AIs working together is a big idea and will lead us to faster learning, lighter AIs that can run on small computers at the edge. Thanks @inikitin and @VladyslavLarin for such an interesting conversation. In comments I'll post what Grok learned by watching this.

One big caveat about new data center announcements is that ~80% of all utility interconnection applications fail to make it across the goal line. So any of the new data centers planning to generate power onsite will likely need zero-export agreements initially. This then…
MORGAN STANLEY WARNS OF U.S. POWER SHORTAGE FOR DATA CENTERS BY 2028 Morgan Stanley says surging AI demand could create a power shortfall of up to 20% — about 13–44 GW — for U.S. data centers through 2028. Analysts led by Stephen Byrd called AI computing “the most important technological shift in modern history,” warning that power constraints could become a major bottleneck for growth. Possible fixes include natural gas turbines, fuel cells, and small nuclear deals, which together could add up to 40 GW of supply. The bank also noted Bitcoin miners repurposing sites for AI computing, with new models like “neocloud” partnerships and long-term powered-shell leases offering strong value potential.

becomes an underwriting hurdle for the financiers of the project. They can’t send power to the utility, so generation assets are now stranded to a commercial customer, which may or may not be credit worthy. Now credit insurance, bonds, or other mechanisms are required, which….

Adds costs and potentially delays to project just to get it capitalized. These are all limiting factors that @DataLeafInc avoids in our data center and why we consider ourselves an ‘insurance policy’ for our hyperscale customers.

In recent article, @ArushiSF makes a case for ISO’s and data centers to compromise on new load by using temporary interruptibility as a way to get grid-tied faster. This is the correct, and ultimate, path to hyperscalers looking to beat competition while *grid-tied*. However…

For this price one can build a solar battery data center infra and have it COD’d in 12 months! @DataLeafInc has approximately 100MW of AI capacity ready to construct in those timelines, years ahead of the expected 5yr baseline for gas powered data centers.
