How has this Mayor been mired in so much fraud and yet have no contenders in the Nov election? It is a sign of very poor leadership and management when her directors’ only job is to stay under the radar. No innovation or spellbinding initiatives are encouraged.

Here we go... DCPS sends summer school notices on Friday, summer school started this past Monday and notices arrived on Tuesday. Students missed two days so far. Well if attendance counts then the accountability for mailings failed.

because they were getting their scripts from the @MayorBowser admin. smh Sad part is that no one will face any consequences. The council has to toughen up! @ChmnMendelson could see right through them but gave up because he knew he was not going to get anywhere.
