Our visit to Anthony Redsell’s in Faversham was a delight. They have the only modern hop picker machines in the U.K. where hops are bought in from the vine, stripped by the machines before drying, baling and sent to the breweries

Members enjoyed a visit to a 12.5ha glasshouse near Bury St Edmunds on the 12th May. Abbey View Produce grow 330,000 plants producing 3% of the UK’s bell peppers from March to October. Heat from a nearby water treatment plant and rain water harvested from the roof. #carbonneutral
