We have peak "AI Anxiety" now!

Everyone will soon have “AI Anxiety.”

Bajaj Finance is adapting fast. A day not far, AI would sell, lend and recover money all by itself without the help of humans.
Rajeev Jain, CEO, Bajaj Finance, on Q3 Concall on the Impact of AI – “AI listened to 2 Cr calls, converted voice to text, and gave us data. Text-to-data conversion happened for 5.2 lakh customers. As a result, we generated 100,000 new offers for which we did not have information earlier. “This capability did not exist in Q1 and Q2. It just got deployed. We’ll be able to listen to 100 million calls next year,” said Jain. He added that loan disbursements through AI-powered call centres stood at about Rs 1,600 crore. That’s ~ 10% of the Rs 16,545 Cr of disbursals in Q3FY26 Data converting -- data from those calls led to another INR 325 crores of volumes. So, this is just our first attempt. Over the next six months, Bajaj Finance plans to invest heavily in its agents. The company expects to have more than 800 autonomous agents across sales, operations, HR, IT, risk, and DMS in the next fiscal. Similarly, in terms of 100% of videos are now generated by us using AI, 100% of banners are generated using AI, 2.7 lakh videos were generated, and 1.2 lakh banners were generated. At the customer engagement level, we have 11 AI text BOTs that are live that engage with the customer. So rather than sending dumb SMSs for 11 products now, we have an AI text BOT, which allows you to engage, interact, and respond to your queries. The company has 26 products. All 26 will be live between April and May'26. So, there will be no communication that we'll be sending, which will not have a -- whether service or sales, which will not have a conversational BOT embedded in it. At the branch and point of sale, existing customers face match that we're doing, we did 46 million face matches to ensure this is the same customer, if it's an ETB customer who had actually principally come in, giving us much better control over identity. Customer onboarding in terms of document -- ensuring that auto-fill of the document happens, whether it's a PAN card or an Aadhaar. There are 43 such documents that the company has now mapped, which an image extracts with a 95% - 96% accuracy and populate data in our platforms, delivering significant productivity for our employees. Auto quality check of documents is now 41%. As we sharpen the model, it will take us to between 85% and 90% over a period of the next 15-odd months On technology development, we are clearly seeing between 25% - 45% efficiencies emerging in terms of the development process, depending on whether it's a legacy platform, then the benefit is much lower, or rather, I would say, none. But if it's a digital infrastructure, then the efficiencies can be as high as 45% - 47%. So significant work is being done. Src – Q3 Concall, no reco

Eulogy to the Jobs, skills and life ( that we have lived so far) that won't be the same as AI takes a complete sweep at humanity for better and worse!

Feels surreal and a bit unbelievable that there is a company doing a great job at customer service. @joinditto is just that team. Very good turnarounds, emergency support and thorough guidance, ensuring the loop gets closed with insurer in getting the rightful claim.

Sam Altman has declared 'Code Red' 🚨 It is going straight head-on with Google, it is clear OpenAI is not going to have it easy to succeed and be the ace in AI! -> Google has TPUs, Google owns the distribution across its products like search, browser and hardware - Pixel phones. -> The novelty that came with ChatGPT is slowly fading, the competition is catching up fast. -> Most demonstrated, used and paid for AI use-cases has been the coding models/tools like Cursor, but OpenAI lacks so far behind in it. This will be the most pivotal moment for OpenAI - whether it runs its course, or makes a sharp manoeuvre to regain market share with focus on personalisation and richer use-cases, is to be seen in next 6 months.

You are overestimating vibe-coding. Besides, Zoho is extremely low-priced. If at all, vibe coding succeeds at making production-grade SaaS dashboards/tools for the businesses, there will still be a demand for in-house actual-engineer who understands and knows what's going under the hood. No reason why, any big company running critical resources and ops work with Zoho would just let a vibe-coded tool go unmaintained and unsupervised.
2 Dec 2025
Zoho’s business would be first to be competed away by people building their own custom software built by people using @Replit @emergentlabs and @Taskade Why pay $30/seat/month for over bundled SaaS when soon even nontech ops ppl can vibe-code a custom solution in a weekend?

He’s pulling $20K/month selling AI… from India. No agency. No fancy network. No U.S. office. Just a repeatable system that closes deals anywhere in the world; even if you’re starting from scratch. In this breakdown, you’ll see exactly how he does it: - how he picks niches - builds trust fast - runs demos that convert - lands clients who happily pay $3k–$10k retainers If you want the full interview & the step-by-step strategy he used… Comment “200” Like Repost and I’ll send it over to you. Google has been late mostly, but it has been throwing punches with releases like Firebase studio, Jules and more - until they crack the right product that has the reach, uses and stickiness. What makes Google going is the core distribution that it has nailed over the years, and that's why the best bet of building any good AI tool or competitor to high valued startups like Cursor, will rest with Google. They own the stack and the distribution, it's just upto them when they release a slightly better product.

We have raised $61M, but that’s not what excites me. Our original idea was fine tuning LLMs for enterprises. Although we topped some benchmarks, the business was not viable.

OpenAI apps SDK - Wrapper on MCP? Appstore for now. A future not so far, when they come up with AI smart phones. This sets the ground for next gen apps. Definitely creates more opportunities for developers out there.
You can start building and testing apps in ChatGPT with the Apps SDK preview, which we're releasing today as an open standard built on MCP. Later this year, we’ll begin accepting app submissions for publication. developers.openai.com/apps-s…

The perception battle is won and lost on real gains for new users, and @dhruv_rathee has been cheeky here. I think the better roadmap here was to really drill a closed launch with waitlist so that real end users feedback could have been taken and, a truly competing product would have come forth as against @theo 's product.

What a freak Test match! And what a warrior Mohd. Siraj is - pure embodiment of fight and fire. This series will go down as one of the greatest: courage, raw emotion, nerve-wracking finishes. Test cricket mirrors life at its most competitive. Incredible!

As an entrepreneur, it's hard to keep up when you're building a bootstrapped AI startup out of India, with minimal government or ecosystem support. In Silicon Valley though, new AI startups are launching constantly. In India, we mostly see the same old ideas recycled. They say India is always five years behind Silicon Valley when it comes to innovation. Yet, more Indians and NRIs than ever are embedded in top AI startups in the US. Soham Parekh is just one example. This isn’t the 2000s or 2010s, where becoming the 10,000th employee at Google was the dream. Today, it’s a more vibrant, builder-first wave - one that many young, sharp Indians are riding. The AI era feels different from the internet era. Back then, Indians weren’t part of founding the next-generation global companies. Now, they are. But out of India, in US. Perplexity, Windsurf, and many others are good examples. Indians in India won't win big. But Indians abroad will continue exporting their minds deeper and further into the core of American AI innovation.
