I've lost thousands of pounds in salary over the last few years contributed to winning our pensions back but don't see how it will help win on pay & conditions (4 Fights) w/o maintaining (or escalating) the action. I'm officially working in the US now, but solidarity to you all.
We are powerful, our strikes & MAB impactful. Staff-student solidarity continues to grow & reminds us *we are our universities*. But we do need an honest discussion about failures to maximise the opportunity & leverage provided by 2 consecutive aggregated pay & conditions ballots
