Are Entrepreneurs Born, Nurtured, or a combination of Both into being? This is me starting one of my first ventures, no idea what it was or who I was talking to, but I was on a mission to create something. My mom sent me this picture over the weekend and it made me think about the path I've been on in life and how one becomes an Entrepreneur. My parents and grandparents were not entrepreneurs in any way, shape, or form. But if you go back a few more generations in my family tree there are some really interesting entrepreneurs including one who ended up owning the largest sawmill in the world which he started from scratch. In reflecting on my journey thus far I am inclined to think I was born an entrepreneur but that it stayed mostly dormant until it was nurtured by people that inspired me. I wonder how many of us have it in us and just need some outside influence to awaken and stoke the flame? I found my inspiration from greats like Richard Branson, whom I read all of his books, but also a college roommate who owned the house I was renting a room in. Inspiration can come from so many places, we just need to have an open mind and a desire to learn. What has your experience been? @rossiadam @REBL_Dads
