Just visited reliance supermarket today for shopping some spices. Got shell shocked while seeing the sambar powder section. Had some great positives on cookd products basically. So, decides to try it's sambar masala and then this happened. Checked the sambar powder ingredients, adding 18 grams of sugar for a 100 g packet. I don't see any precautions for diabetic patients. Daily consumption of sugar level should be 20-25 gms. Almost 1/3rd would be the consumption per person. This is a sick attitude to add sugar in a sambar packet. How @fssaiindia is providing licenses to such products where no precautions are noted for added sugar? This is equal hell as Maggie products.
