I recently got my YSEQ WGS back, and these are my results
I fall under a very rare Roman era Greek clade (T-CTS3767) with multiple Greek samples downstream, with mine being placed Directly with I7833.
These are the Populations I used to compute the PCA (pastebin.com/tLeKvQsh)
They were mainly inspired by this paper nature.com/articles/s41562-0…

This is a Revision of my original "Genetic map of the levant post"
The common denominator between Christians and Muslims are related to Sub Saharan African and East Mesopotamian/Western Iranian like ancestry. All Levantines have little to no Bedouin/Arab Ancestry.

On the topic of medieval Albanians sharing IBD with Avars from Hungary,
This dude would rather assume (by his logic) that two separate groups came together in Hungary to artificially form Roman Balkan profiles, and cannot even give a historical basis on this mixture.
rather than agreeing to the existence of Avars that have Roman Balkan profiles.

Among the more anomalous Albanian profiles I’ve seen. With a TellmeGen 30x WGS file, Mehnard falls between Cinamak and Roman Dalagoz on smartPCA. qpAdm passes Paleo-Balkaner one ways; Slavic gets negative weights or unrealistic Z-scores.

Attempting to Model Medieval Albanians with qpAdm.
Alot of people tend to claim that these two Medieval Albanians are are Thracian Slavic or Byzantine Greeks.
But we can Debunk this very easily with rotating different Balkan sources.
These Medieval Albanians carry no Slavic ancestry, and when a Thracian source is used, the model completely fails.
