No filter removes ultrafine dust putting toxins into our blood. The incinerator produces millions of tons CO2 burning recyclable plastic with no carbon capture. They pay no tax like landfill & power stations. Now tell us this is a green solution @EnfieldCouncil @LondonLabour 3/3
