Participant Teigan (top right) said: βThis was such a challenge after recovering from sepsis last November. I started running from scratch and completed my first ever half marathon in 2hrs 7mins."

Mini GNR completed. Thomas ran brilliantly and has raised loads of money for @DementiaUK ....I, on the other hand was a Sepsis SuperHero @UKSepsisTrust in prep for my GNR run tomorrow....not wearing the cape and mask for that!!!

We did it....weather was pants except for the last 2k, but we pulled up our big girl pants, and brought it home in an epic time of 9 hours 40 for 50k ultramarathon walk. Held dad in my head and my heart the whole way around @UKSepsisTrust π₯°

Just got on board our train at darlington @LNER to find people in our reserved seats that won't move as their train was cancelled. Some forewarning would be useful as we would have attempted to find a seat in a quieter coach. Not good enough
