Despite our best efforts, we were ultimately unable to prove our thesis on crypto gaming and could not find product-market-business fit. We spent a lot of time in the past year testing multiple directions and audiences, but the results did not give us enough conviction in a viable path forward. We are deeply thankful for the community and investors who gave us their time and trust, and we are sorry we could not deliver. Fishing Frenzy received almost the full blessing of Sky Mavis and Ronin at the beginning of 2025, and by mid-2026 the entire team was dissolving They raised nearly $700K through NFTs and generated over $130K in revenue in their first months, making 13x more than before migrating They experimented with AI, Claude agents, ERC tokens, creator programs and MORE Even then, they couldn't make it work 💀 And now they're leaving..... They refunded all player spending from Chapter 3 and around 70K USDC was returned to the community through Karma reputation in the FISH/USDC pool.
