Many gathered at @WaypointCLT this AM to hear @wbbarry on Mark 8:22-26 •Jesus could’ve healed the blind man instantly. He chose not to. •The two-stage miracle wasn’t a malfunction — it was a method. •Spiritual formation is slow by design. •Blurry doesn’t mean broken. It means in process. #ThirdF

11 PAX Posted to Common Grounds at@WaypointCLT in @F3metro for Matthew 26:31-45 Q: Art PAX: ShineBox, DOM, Cleaver, FNG, Bulldog, Bonesaw, MonkeyFeet, Pete, ElSpanardo, MaxwellSmart, and YHC ____________ •Peter as the through-line. The observation that Peter runs from Matthew 26:31 all the way through to the angel in Mark 16 specifically naming him is a compelling structural point. He’s not just a character in the passion narrative — he is the narrative in many ways, a lens for the reader to examine themselves through. •Courage vs. fearlessness. That distinction was one of the sharpest insights of the session — courage isn’t the absence of fear, it’s choosing to act despite it. And the honest admission that the disciples simply weren’t there yet spiritually. The racing analogy was a good one: your body overrides your intention at the critical moment. •The cup and the separation. The theological heart of Gethsemane: Jesus wasn’t primarily dreading physical pain, but the weight of sin and the coming separation from the Father — a relationship that had existed for eternity. That reframes the sweating of blood entirely. •The fire barrel moment. Ending with the application — that our version of Peter’s denial happens culturally, in rooms where we stay silent — was a strong landing. Very convicting. #ThirdF

The phrase “long-held standards of integrity in college athletics” made me chuckle. What exactly are those standards?
I reached out to Colorado AD Fernando Lovo for his opinion on Brendan Sorsby and Texas Tech, as Big 12 officials discuss potential sanctions “The injunction issued regarding Brendan Sorsby is troubling as his admitted actions are a clear violation of long-held standards of integrity in college athletics..

It has been scientifically proven that dads everywhere love this movie. (Go ahead! Do a Community Notes fact-check on it.)

Carrying a water bottle is silly. You hydrated for today’s workout yesterday. If you live properly hydrated there is no need to sip anything during a one hour workout. Just pound 20 oz before and 20 oz after. A 12 hour even is different.

Life is tough and it is precious , that’s all the more reason that we should protect it. Not just ours , but particularly those that we are blessed to have in our span of influence.

.@F3Nation New Clip: Ep 63 | Turning the Other Cheek Is the Most Powerful Thing a Man Can Do "Turning the other cheek exposes the injustice. It's the most masculine thing you could possibly do." — @dreddcnc Most men read it as "let yourself be victimized." That's a misread. You hit me — that's an injustice. So I make you do it again, where everyone can see. ✅ Turning the other cheek is offense, not surrender ✅ Exposing injustice is how you achieve justice ✅ The unjust act becomes the aggressor's downfall ✅ It takes strength and conviction to stand there and take it The weak man flinches and hides the blow. The strong man turns his cheek and shows the world who threw it. WATCH HERE: youtu.be/R6vBiI0nBXA #TheWhetstone #F3Nation #Leadership #HIM

@F3QSource Q2.5 #Accountability God still sees what you do in secret. That can be a scary thought, or you could use it to motivate yourself to do the right thing.

Because life on Earth is an adversarial process we all face periodic pain and distress. This is a feature rather than a bug of the human condition that is necessary to burn away the impurities in our character that keep us from clearly reflecting God’s light in our lives. #CollisionLearner
“Adversity toughens manhood, and the characteristic of the good or the great man is not that he has been exempt from the evils of life, but that he has surmounted them.” – Patrick Henry

DoW “is making reinstatement available to all members of the military (active and reserve components) who were discharged solely for refusing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and who request to be reinstated.” That’s fine, but what about the service members who dutifully took the shot despite their misgivings?
BREAKING: Former CDC Director Robert Redfield Slams Biden-Era Military COVID Vaccine Mandate as Having “No Scientific Justification” This week on Straight to the Point, I sat down with former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield and Brianne Dressen — a vaccine injury advocate who was a clinical trial volunteer that developed lifelong neuropathy within one hour of taking the COVID-19 vaccine. Redfield exclusively reveals that he believes the Biden-era military mandates had “no scientific justification...and was an emotional decision," while noting institutional reluctance to acknowledge harms to young service members with strong immune systems. Dressen discusses the disproportionate toll the vaccine took on young service members, including @StancikKaroline who we previously interviewed. This wide ranging interview digs deep on the vaccine fallout for our nation's service members. @thelatmg @latimesstudios_ 01:04 Brianne Dressen: Her Advocacy for Covid Vaccine Injured is Personal @React19org 01:57 An “Inordinate Number” of Young Vaccine Injured Service Members 02:30 Former CDC Director Robert Redfield: Military COVID Vaccine Mandate “No Scientific Justification Whatsoever” 03:10 Most Severe Response In Young, With Robust Immune Systems 04:02 Soldier Karoline Stancik’s Heart Condition “Service Connected” To Covid Vaccine 05:01 Rare for Covid Vaccine Injuries to be Designated “In Line of Duty” 06:52 Drew’s Story: COVID Vaccine Injury And Whole Body Paralysis (Guillain-Barré Syndrome) 08:30 Service Members Spend Down Savings, Retirement, And Mortgage Homes For Treatments 09:30 Dressen: Vaccine Injury Compensation Has a “98.5 %” Rejection Rate 12:50 Dressen: Service Members Report VA Experience “Abysmal Failure,” Reluctance to Acknowledge COVID Vaccine Injury 15:22 Is Trump Administration Taking Different Approach to COVID Vaccine Injury: More Dialogue 16:55 Bressen: I Was A “True Blue” Democrat, After COVID Shot “My Life Changed Forever” 18:20 Karoline Stancik Update 19:04 Update @drewoutstanding In response to our questions, a VA spokesperson said “Between December 2020 and December 2025, 53 cases of myocarditis were identified among over 5.6 million VHA-enrolled Veterans who received an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine. Veterans are eligible for service connection if myocarditis develops during active duty…” A Department of War official said DoW “is making reinstatement available to all members of the military (active and reserve components) who were discharged solely for refusing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and who request to be reinstated. The Department has reached out to the 8,700 Service members who were unjustly separated to apologize, offer information on reinstatement, and encourage them to rejoin the military.” “As of May 2026, more than 200 former Service members who were discharged under the now-rescinded COVID-19 vaccination mandate have been reinstated or re-accessed. The Services are actively tracking more than 800 additional former Service members who have expressed interest in rejoining the military.” Asked about the high rejection rate, the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program did not respond.

I2 (Individual Initiative) > C3 (Centrally Controlled Collectivism) It always has and always will despite our periodic insistence on trying to prove otherwise
Milton Friedman: “Tell me, is there some society you know that doesn’t run on greed? You think Russia doesn’t run on greed? You think China doesn’t run on greed?” “The world runs on individuals pursuing their separate interests. The great achievements of civilization have not come from government bureaus. Einstein didn’t construct his theory under order from a bureaucrat. Henry Ford didn’t revolutionize the automobile industry that way.” “The only cases in which the masses have escaped from the kind of grinding poverty you’re talking about are where they have had capitalism and largely free trade.”
