Carrying a water bottle is silly. You hydrated for today’s workout yesterday. If you live properly hydrated there is no need to sip anything during a one hour workout. Just pound 20 oz before and 20 oz after. A 12 hour even is different.

Throwing heavy things is one of the oldest forms of athletic training on Earth! It builds power. It builds coordination. It builds violence in the right direction. Pick up something heavy. Throw it. Become harder to kill!!

A lot can be done with a pile of bricks at an AO. Some movements like Lat raises are light weight movements even in strong men. Pair it with some balance work to add difficulty.

Good find at my local Teeter. Tastes great, less filling. A big part of my nutrition plan is finding the best option of a food I love that’s not typically optimal. These hit the spot!!!

Post Grade 2 MCL Tear Goals. Get my Platz Stretch back! Yoga Worlds call this the "Hero Pose" and being able to fully recline yourself comfortably is a superior demonstration of flexibility in the quads and hip flexors.

Yep, you can get cardio from resistance training if done right.

Double KB complex with sufficient weight will give you all the cardio you want and then some. Easily into the 160’s to 170’s in short order. You can also just grab a heavy one and take it for a four mile stroll around the neighborhood.
