Once found all over Ireland, the Great Yellow Bumblebee is now restricted to the Mullet Peninsula & adjacent mainland But there's hope. @DaraStanley tells us about the extraordinary work that's taken place in recent years to save our rarest true bumblebee tinyurl.com/4j6tpu2w

Chilly start to our day, but we weren't long warming up. Finished our raised bed covers and weeded the Raspberry bed, we picked some beautiful romaine lettuce. 🥗 The strong scent of sweet pea fills the garden,☺️ Maria made a warming pot of Kohlrabi soup after a busy morning
